Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in integrated production or account management.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital and integrated marketing work.
• Strong client relationship and leadership abilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery of multiple creative and digital projects from brief through launch.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted day-to-day partner.
• Translate briefs into clear scopes, workstreams, and timelines for internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, design, production, and technology to deliver on time and on budget.
• Lead briefings, kickoffs, and milestones with clear agendas and actions.
• Manage project financials, budgets, burn, forecasts, scopes of work, and change requests.
• Identify risks and escalate before they impact delivery.
• Collaborate with VP and account leadership on planning and growth opportunities.
• Monitor capacity and resources, resolving conflicts with leadership.
• Establish and improve production processes to increase clarity and quality.
