Qualifications

• 4+ years of production or project management experience.
• Deep understanding of digital creative and/or technical production.
• Bachelor’s degree in production, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and lead execution of integrated projects.
• Align cross-functional teams around briefs, deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
• Maintain documentation, resourcing allocations, and delivery calendars.
• Mentor Producers and junior production talent across projects.
• Provide proactive communication with clients and translate goals into production plans.
• Drive workflow optimization and continuous process improvements.
