Hovercraft is seeking a Senior Producer to bridge creative vision and execution across digital, brand, and spatial design. This role leads projects from kickoff to delivery and mentors junior producers while collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists.

This remote-first position emphasizes strong communication, budget control, and agile thinking. Travel for client interactions and activations is expected; you will ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior production role at a creative agency or similar.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing budgets/scope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PM software and design tools listed above.
• Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
• Deep understanding of design, branding, and digital experiences.
• Affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport and design.
• Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with complex timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives.
• Act as primary client contact, translating needs into actionable plans.
• Mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage budgets and timelines with senior leadership.
• Coordinate resource allocation with the Creative Director (Float).
• Oversee quality to meet client standards and internal processes.
• Problem-solve and adapt to changes in scope or direction.
• Collaborate across departments to align with company vision.
• Provide regular project reports and post-project evaluations.
• Travel for activations, shoots, site visits, and workshops as needed.
