Job summary

Hovercraft is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to bridge creative vision and execution, leading digital, brand, and design projects from kickoff to delivery. The role oversees projects independently and with Production Leads on large, cross-functional initiatives such as activations, events, and installations.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain high standards across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in a senior production role at a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing cross-functional collaborations, and guiding projects to successful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative ideas, production processes, and project details to clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Airtable, Notion, etc.), as well as familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience leading small and large, distributed cross-competency teams across a suitable range of project types

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and setting clear expectations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams.
• Budget & Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of the final product and ensure client standards.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues and roadblocks quickly and efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to align with vision and client needs.
• Reporting: Provide detailed project reports and post-project evaluations.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as needed
