Job summary

Complex is seeking a seasoned Post Supervisor to oversee post production across editorial video content, including originals, verticals, promos, and branded works. You will research and implement AI-assisted editing workflows, supervise editors, and manage budgets, assets, and partnerships with third‑party libraries.

You will lead a team of post editors and freelancers, ensure on‑time delivery, and partner with IT and production to optimize processes and storage.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post-production experience in a digital-first media environment.
• Experience leading post-production teams, including freelancers and staff.
• Hands-on editing, color correction, and sound mixing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post production across editorial video content (originals, vertical, promo, branded).
