Job summary

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Senior Producer to manage production end-to-end for broadcast and digital content in Chicago. You will lead projects from concept through delivery, coordinating with Creative and Client Experience teams to ensure impactful results on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers. Broadcast experience is highly valued.

• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Creative and Client Experience teams to plan production approaches.
• Participates early in development to provide feasible, innovative input.
• Supports and advances the creative idea through execution.
• Creates a production roadmap with milestones and timing.
• Researches and pre-screens directors, production partners and resources.
• Reviews and selects production partners aligned to project goals and budget.
• Assembles resources and negotiates costs to meet client budgets.
• Manages production partners throughout the workflow.
• Develops comprehensive estimates; closely controls project budget.
• Initiates contracts and coordinates with Legal for SOWs and rights.
