Job summary

TeamPeople seeks a senior video production leader to guide pre-production through post-production in a corporate setting. You will coordinate with senior leadership and clients to deliver high-impact videos, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality align with strategic goals.

You will oversee editors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, delivering on-time, on-budget projects while maintaining creative excellence and client satisfaction across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Video/Film Production or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading video production in a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of video production including budgets, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Coordinate logistics of on-location and studio shoots and interface with client staff.
• Establish timelines, assign resources, track capacity, and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with editors to distribute files for media distribution.
• Work with Business Affairs on talent estimates and completion reports.
• Lead with senior leadership to meet client needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Oversee production vendors and provide overall production support.

Job description

Facilitate, support and/or lead the pre- production, production, and post-production of highly effective videos. Assist with and communicate with senior leadership about video production and post-production, within a corporate environment

Pay Range

90000.00 - 95000.00 USD per year

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of video production including budgets, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery of small to large size projects
• Coordinates logistics of on-location and studio shoots
• Establish timelines, assigns resources, tracks capacity, and overseeing quality control
• Works with video editors to distribute files for media distribution
• Collaborates with Business Affairs on talent estimates and completion reports
• Interface with client and client staff
• Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
• Work closely with vendors in overall production support for each project
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Video/Film Production or related field is required or 10+ years of practical video/media production experience in lieu of degree
