Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of produce sales or related agricultural sales experience.
• Experience selling to large retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, Albertsons, ALDI’s, Publix, etc.).
• Experience selling fresh produce, preferably berries or specialty crops.
• Established relationships within the produce industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with large-volume sales contracts and pricing.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Domestic and international sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

Senior Produce Sales Representative – Berry Operations

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $175,000 - $275,000 and up to 25% Target Bonus Structure

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Produce Sales Representative to lead sales and business development for our fresh and processed berry operation.

This position is responsible for growing sales, managing key customer relationships, developing new markets, negotiating contracts, and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate has strong produce industry experience, established customer relationships, and a proven ability to drive profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and produce buyers

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
