Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Treasury and Platforms to own the long-term strategy for Treasury, Source-to-Pay, and Contract Lifecycle Management. You will lead across global teams, align platform priorities with business strategy, and drive value through governance, architecture, and vendor management.

Hybrid work includes two in-office days, with collaboration across the US, Netherlands, and India.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in treasury systems or closely related platforms.
• Strong Treasury and Procurement business acumen and controls.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-brand transformation programs.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like FIS Quantum and procurement systems.
• Experience managing global, matrixed teams across Treasury, Legal, Procurement, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the 24-48 month enterprise strategy and operating model for Treasury and Enterprise Platforms.
• Lead Portfolio roadmaps, architecture, implementation, stabilisation, and vendor delivery.
• Establish governance, funding, and decision rights across brand boundaries.
• Manage external partners and platform vendors for stability, cost/value, and quality.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Procurement, Legal Operations, Finance, Technology and leadership.
• Define transition models for platform scope changes and ensure measurable outcomes.
