Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain experience in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with analytical and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities for cross-functional groups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time completion of supply chain activities for pre-production and production builds by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Define, refine, and improve internal ECU/PCBA supply chain systems & processes.
• Uncover and articulate supply chain risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Act as the 'voice of supply chain' during changes affecting cost and timing.
• Own data management and reporting across tools (Google Workspace, Excel, SAP, Tableau, Confluence, Jira).
• Manage short-term projects, ad-hoc requests, and tasks as needed.
