Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Lead Global Supply Manager to own strategic sourcing for ECU components and PCBAs across programs like R1/R2/R3. You will lead complex negotiations, manage multi-year supplier relationships, and drive risk mitigation to meet aggressive cost and timing targets.

You will operate across Palo Alto or Irvine, partnering with engineering and cross-functional leaders to ensure a robust, cost-efficient supply chain for Rivian's EV platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement lifecycles for ECUs or PCBAs.
• Minimum 6+ years in electronic components procurement in Automotive/High-Tech.
• Strong negotiation, risk management and supplier relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and complex financial analysis.
• Own supplier relationships and negotiate terms to meet cost targets.
• Manage material readiness for ECUs across Quick Turn, NPI and Mass Production.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks.
• Drive to optimize inventory and support long-term vehicle program planning.
