EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You’ll shape multi-category programs from opportunity assessment to sourcing execution and benefit realization, working with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers.

You will apply analytics, AI and emerging sourcing capabilities to improve decisions, speed and outcomes, while coaching high-performing teams across pursuit and delivery in a dynamic,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering or related field.
• Seven+ years of procurement experience with consulting/leadership.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements.
• Experience leading senior Procurement/Finance leadership.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.
• Experience across multiple categories/workstreams or stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments and develop value cases.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis and sourcing events.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams.
• Apply spend and contract analytics, market intelligence and AI-enabled procurement capabilities.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and thought leadership.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
