Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice is seeking a Senior Manager to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi-category programs—from opportunity assessment to deployment and benefit realization.

You will work with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers, combining procurement expertise with consulting and people leadership, applying analytics, AI and emerging sourcing capabilities where

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and procurement-led value improvement.
• Ability to translate complex spend, market and stakeholder information into clear recommendations and executable actions.
• Strong financial, analytical, program, commercial and client relationship skills.
• Executive presence and the ability to lead workshops, negotiations, steering committees and senior stakeholder communications.
• Sound judgement in balancing value, business requirements, supplier capability, risk and implementation feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop transparent value cases, prioritize categories and create executable sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations, contracting support, implementation and value tracking.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs, including governance, workplans, resources, risks, engagement economics and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams while balancing cost, service, quality, resilience, innovation and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, contract analytics, market intelligence, scenario modeling and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with appropriate controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings, thought leadership and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
