Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice is seeking a Senior Manager to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi-category programs—from opportunity assessment and value-case development through sourcing execution, implementation and benefit realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics or related field.
• Seven+ years of procurement experience including consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and contracting support.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, workplans, and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams balancing cost, service, quality, and risk.
• Apply analytics, market intelligence, and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
