Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to drive procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation for clients. You will lead multi-category programs from opportunity assessment through execution and benefit realization, partnering with CPOs and finance leaders to deliver measurable value.

You will guide teams, apply analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, and help clients achieve better decisions, speed and outcomes while building lasting client

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of procurement experience with meaningful consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories/workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work with senior procurement, finance and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases and executable sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, negotiations, contracting support and value tracking.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, resource planning and risk management.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams on value, cost and risk.
• Apply analytics, market intelligence and AI-enabled procurement tools while maintaining controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
