Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking a Senior Procurement Business Optimization Specialist to drive optimization of procurement processes, systems, analytics, and operations. You will serve as a liaison across Procurement, Business Services, and cross-functional partners to identify improvements and scale solutions.

You will lead projects, develop reports and KPIs, and drive change management while supporting Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, CAPEX, and Supplier Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional procurement projects.
• Strong problem-solving and change-management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of procurement processes and systems.
