Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Procurement Operations Manager for the Deployed Programs team within Centralized Procurement. You will embed with division procurement to diagnose gaps, drive supplier delivery, and improve PO management, delivering hardware to production on time.

You will lead KPI cadence, coach buyers, and roll out the centralized playbook while scaling this function across divisions. This is a high-visibility, on-the-ground role critical to defense manufacturing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of procurement, supply chain operations, or strategic sourcing experience with direct ownership of supplier delivery performance and PO management.
• Ability to travel approximately 40 to 60% of the time, depending on pilot/expansion state.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Embed into business line procurement teams to assess current state and establish the standard operating model.
• Lead weekly on-time delivery (OTD) drumbeat reviews at the division level and drive root-cause actions.
• Coach buyers on PR-to-PO conversion, PO acknowledgement, and DPAS/compliance; monitor supplier performance.
• Conduct hands-on ERP and MRP work with buyers; pull order reports and validate promise dates.
