Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement operations in Jacksonville, FL. You will own sourcing, contracting, supplier relationships, and KPI execution to drive cost performance and supply continuity.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and collaboration with Finance, OSP leadership, and operations to align procurement with network build timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience with 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Experience negotiating high-value contracts, including multi-year agreements >$1M.
• Background in telecommunications, fiber optics, or related industries preferred.
• Experience designing procurement processes, policies, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute IQ Fiber's procurement strategy and KPIs.
• Manage RFPs, vendor selection, and contracting standards.
• Lead sourcing for fiber materials and related operational supplies.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts with favorable terms.
• Monitor performance, governance, and risk with structured reviews.
• Coordinate supply forecasts with warehouse and inventory teams.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and lead times.
• Mentor junior procurement staff and build capability.
