Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement on complex projects. You will manage plan development, daily execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on-time material delivery and compliant contracts.

The role emphasizes strong vendor relationships, bid support with the estimator, and guiding procurement teams while aligning with Sundt's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in procurement plan development, management and execution.
• 3+ years' experience building collaborative relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Four-year degree in business, finance, supply management or engineering with related experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prime contract requirements and Sundt standards are applied to subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• May manage staff and provide development plans, performance reviews and goal setting.
• Draft subcontracts and purchase orders with Sundt's legal counsel.
