Job summary

SOSi seeks a Procurement Manager to support a DoD program, developing scalable procurement processes for software, hardware, and cloud services. You will negotiate vendor agreements, manage contracts, and coordinate license requirements across multiple Work Orders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Government PM and COR, with a focus on data ecosystem maturation, governance, and real-time information sharing.

Qualifications

• Oversee procurement lifecycle, including vendor negotiations and acquisition strategy.
• Proficient in cost analysis, supply chain logistics, and compliance.
• Knowledge of DFARS and FAR processes for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement workflows for software, hardware, and cloud services.
• Negotiate vendor agreements and monitor contract performance against budget.
• Submit Procurement & Acquisition Status Reports with PO details and vendor assessments.
• Coordinate with active Work Orders to track licenses for GIS, data catalogs, CI/CD, and dashboards.
• Assist Government in negotiating shared software usage, license pooling, and chargeback structures.
• Maintain a centralized license and services ledger for forecasting and reconciliation.
