Jacobs is hiring a Senior Procurement Manager to lead MEP data center procurement for projects in Saint Francisville, LA, and Corpus Christi, TX. You will shape procurement strategy, source and negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project teams to align cost, schedule, and risk.

The role requires deep experience in construction procurement, contract understanding, and advanced Excel skills, with a track record of delivering complex, high-value packages.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of construction/procurement experience.
• Experience with MEP trades and major equipment preferred.
• Experience on data centers or technically complex projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial terms.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for major construction packages.
• Prepare subcontractor RFPs and equipment RFQs.
• Identify, source, and qualify contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Manage bidder communications, RFIs, addenda, site walks, bid deadlines.
• Review proposals for scope, schedule, exclusions, and pricing.
• Lead commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Draft and negotiate purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Drive packages from strategy through contract handoff.
