Job summary

Jacobs is seeking two Senior Procurement Managers to support MEP Data Center Construction in Saint Francisville, LA and Corpus Christi, TX. You will navigate drawings, specifications, estimates, bids, and vendor conversations to drive secure, cost-effective packages.

The role emphasizes deep commercial analysis, contract review, and coordination with engineering, estimating, and project teams to manage high-value procurement.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of construction experience with MEP procurement exposure.
• Experience with lump-sum, unit-rate, T&M, and GMP structures.
• Strong ability to review change orders and cost backup.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts and terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for major construction trade packages and equipment.
• Prepare and issue subcontractor RFPs and equipment RFQs.
• Identify, source, and qualify contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Lead commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Draft and negotiate purchase orders and subcontracts.
