Job summary

I2X Technologies, a Colorado-based technology services company, is seeking a Procurement Manager to support a Boulder-based government program. The role requires an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI; on-site work is required.

You will manage sourcing, vendor relations, cost analyses, and contract negotiations across DoD programs, while maintaining Deltek Costpoint and JIRA Assets. Lead a team of procurement specialists and ensure seamless operations across modules.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required and an Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI is preferred.
• 10–15+ years of diversified experience in procurement across large global engineering projects and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine supply needs and research potential vendors and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers for pricing and performance.
• Source suppliers and manage procurement documents and BOMs.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and budgeting materials for Program Management.
• Negotiate favorable procurement contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain and analyze procurement data using relevant software systems.
• Lead and mentor junior Procurement and Logistics Specialists.
