Job summary

I2X Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our government operations in Fairbanks, Alaska. The role requires on-site presence and an active Secret Clearance to manage contract performance and personnel.

You will oversee workforce planning, labor relations, quality controls, risk mitigation, and coordination with CO, COR, and subcontractors to ensure compliant, timely mission execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in federal/commercial regulated services or related fields.
• 5+ years as Project/Program/Site Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site contractor management representative for contract performance.
• Direct, coordinate and supervise contractor organization and ensure accountability.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, discipline, and retention to sustain performance.
• Lead labor-relations activities including union coordination and grievances.
• Coordinate with CO, COR, NOAA Station Manager, and subcontractors to avoid unauthorized commitments.
• Develop and manage internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
