General Dynamics - IT seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to support the Hybrid Cloud Products and Tools team in purchasing software and hardware. You will manage procurement, license administration, and asset tracking for the customer, ensuring timely, funded purchases.

You will interact with customers via Jira, Slack, and email; create PRs, track renewals, and maintain Jira/Confluence records. A Bachelor's in Business and 5+ years of procurement experience, including government programs, are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of procurement experience with budgeting/financial concepts
• Govt procurement experience; MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) proficient
• Strong communication, time management and detail orientation
• Preferred: 10+ years procurement, gov programs, Jira/Confluence, SC360, ServiceNow, cloud marketplaces, FAR knowledge

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Jira, Slack, and email
• Initiate quotes, create PRs and receive orders
• Maintain procurement/asset records in Jira workflows and SharePoint
• Track procurements against funding and create ROMs
• Manage renewals and VON tickets in Jira
• Research products/services and coordinate with vendors/customers
• Create/update product pages in Confluence with vendor POCs
