Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Logistics Analyst Principal to join the PMO at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will lead procurement operations that enable worldwide logistics readiness and drive improvements across multiple functions while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and acquisition regulations.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, serve as primary procurement lead for the PMO, and collaborate with Government customers, vendors, and internal

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of procurement, logistics, or program operations experience.
• Experience leading procurement operations for Department of War programs.
• Ability to develop procurement processes and drive improvements.
• Experience bridging multiple functional organizations in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations across worldwide logistics requirements.
• Primary procurement lead for the PMO.
• Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle from requirement to closeout.
• Integrate procurement with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Government customers.
• Develop standardized procurement processes and SOPs.
• Lead procurement initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Track performance metrics and produce executive reports.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and GFP/CAP controls.
