Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, or related).
• 7–10+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations with proven results.
• Knowledge of food and beverage supply chains, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and supplier networks.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with ownership mindset and urgency.
• Risk sensing, scenario planning, and practical path forward.
• Proven ability to lead strategic supplier partnerships and value across networks.
• Experience negotiating contracts and governance frameworks for continuity.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, cost management, productivity.
• Process orientation with continuous improvement mindset and results.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing across leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, multi-category Repack portfolio across 40+ product categories.
• Own Repack strategy for North America, including network design and footprint optimization.
• Govern the Repack project portfolio balancing growth, service, capacity, and cost.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to develop category strategies.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives: market intelligence, supplier segmentation, negotiations.
• Serve as NA Zone lead for supplier relationship management.
• Collaborate with external partners to unlock growth and optimize cost.
• Lead supplier governance and business reviews for performance accountability.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract management for total value.
• Own category financial performance: budget, forecast, productivity delivery.
• Advance Total Cost of Ownership via value engineering and network transformation.
