Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Sr. Manager, Procurement to join the Finance team. The role leads strategic procurement transformation, category management, and spend analytics to build a scalable, data-driven procurement organization.

You will own sourcing, contracts, supplier risk, and KPI governance while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have work authorization in the country where the job is located.

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience.
• Experience managing first-level managers and/or supervisors.
• Experience owning a procurement budget and delivering cost savings.
• Experience negotiating and awarding supply agreements.
• Experience developing category strategies and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement managers across multiple spend areas and sites.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and reliability.
• Define future-state procurement operating model and KPIs.
• Create category roadmaps and multi-year sourcing plans.
• Standardize procure-to-pay processes and approvals.
• Own KPIs like contract compliance, savings, and supplier performance.
• Develop spend analytics cube and Power BI dashboards.
• Oversee supplier selection, performance reviews, and risk management.
• Lead procurement budgets and savings initiatives.
