Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant procurement experience required, with four years in industrial construction or engineering.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborates with Estimating and Projects teams to create requisitions, solicit quotes, review proposals, and execute orders.
• Manages RFQ/RFP packages through all stages of procurement to purchase order execution.
• Expedites vendor quotes and negotiates first-pass terms and conditions for standard POs with Procurement Manager support.
• Responds to RFIs promptly and identifies cost-saving opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or delivery.
• Maintains procurement logs and reviews expediting reports to ensure on-time orders.
