Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferred experience in category management.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to communicate vertically and horizontally throughout the organization.
• Cross functional collaboration & influencing, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the global Direct Materials category strategy.
• Project manage cross-regional sourcing events and category initiatives.
• Co-lead sourcing events, working with Agile squads.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve continuity issues.
• Support Contract Management activities for existing and new contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive risk reduction.
• Build relationships with business partners to enable compliant delivery.
