Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks a Procurement Sr. Specialist, NA Construction Services & Equipment, to lead category strategy and spend in North America. You will partner with Plant, Engineering, Real Estate, and Procurement to deliver value through strategic supplier relationships.

Based in Neenah, WI, this full-time role requires 7+ years in construction management or procurement, with EPC/design-build experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, engineering, procurement, or related roles; procurement category management preferred.
• Experience with EPC and Design-Build contracts preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Construction and Installation Services and Equipment category.
• Deliver segment procurement targets and strategy alignment with stakeholders.
• Lead category initiatives and maintain up-to-date category knowledge and processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and mitigate supply risks.
• Lead bidding, pricing negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Coordinate with Agile Squad for sourcing events and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with KC policies and internal controls.
