RigUp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist, Operations in Utah (Milford preferred). You will source and manage MRO materials, spare parts, and services to support 24/7 geothermal assets and plant operations.

The role emphasizes supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and procurement compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement within energy or asset-intensive settings, with ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience and strong Excel/KPI reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Five+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in energy/oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
• Experience with MRO materials, spare parts, and field services.
• Experience managing requisitions, POs, expediting, supplier performance, and invoice discrepancies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel/KPI reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, equipment, and services.
• Review requisitions for completeness and coordinate with operations to confirm specs.
• Manage PO lifecycle: quotation, evaluation, negotiation, PO, expediting, receipt, invoicing, closeout.
• Monitor open orders and supplier commitments; communicate delays and mitigation actions.
• Develop local and regional suppliers; establish preferred suppliers and blanket POs.
• Maintain pricing data, benchmark market conditions, identify savings opportunities.
• Review warranty coverage and coordinate claims, repairs, credits, and escalations.
• Track metrics: PO cycle time, on-time delivery, savings, warranty recovery, and compliance.
