Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is recruiting a Procurement Manager for an onsite La Porte, IN role. You will lead sourcing for data center EPC projects, engage stakeholders, and drive category strategies to meet budgeting and schedule objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in procurement, strong analytics, and experience with Power BI. This is a full-time onsite position offering growth within the ManpowerGroup family.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing
Experience with cost analysis and data-driven decision-making
Working knowledge of supply chain management and procurement techniques
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and data analysis tools such as Power BI
Bluebeam required to be available on the laptop for the role.

Responsibilities

Engage with senior stakeholders to define category strategy and sourcing plans.
Lead key sourcing activities for projects ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and qualify new partners.
Monitor compliance and build sourcing pipelines and category strategies.
