Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience with procurement tools like Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with PO management, RFQ/RFP execution and cost analysis.
• On-site attendance at project meetings representing supply chain.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define category strategies, plans, and processes for sourcing goods and services.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of business drivers and their impact on business strategy.
• Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
• Manage key sourcing activities for business projects, ensuring timely delivery, budgeting, and appropriate risk management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic suppliers and identify potential new partners.
• Monitor compliance with the sourcing process and act as an internal consultant at each stage.
• Develop category or sub-category strategies, plans, and sourcing pipelines.
