Data Center construction EPC in La Porte, Indiana, seeks a Procurement Manager to join the Finance, Accounting and Procurement team onsite. You will drive category strategy, lead sourcing for projects, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong data-driven decision making, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI. Onsite position with long-term supplier relationship development and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including PO management and RFQ/RFP execution.
• Experience with cost analysis and data-driven decision-making to support sourcing strategy and project outcomes.
• Working knowledge of supply chain management and procurement/sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Bluebeam required to be available on the laptop for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and define category strategy, plans, and processes for sourcing goods and services.
• Serve as SME on procurement policies, translating business drivers into actionable sourcing decisions.
• Lead key sourcing activities for projects, ensuring timely delivery and budgeting alignment with risk management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and identify new partners.
• Monitor compliance with sourcing processes and provide procurement guidance across stages, building pipelines and category strategies.
