The role offers growth to broader corporate, real estate, and ESG work as appropriate. Ideal applicants have a law degree, bar admission, and 5+ years in procurement or contracts, with a strong business sense and data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited university.
• Admission to a local bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of legal experience focusing on procurement or commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Ability to advise business teams on the impact of legal terms on transactions.
• Experience with customer-facing contracts or risk/compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts including supplier, vendor, service, and purchase orders.
• Develop and improve contract management processes and best practices.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on procurement and contract issues.
• Identify and mitigate legal and practical risks in procurement activities.
• Collaborate with procurement, compliance, security, finance, and senior leadership on legal matters.
• Maintain organized records of procurement-related contracts and correspondence.
• Support supplier management and resolve performance or compliance issues.
