• Discretion and sound judgment in complex matters.
• Commitment to accuracy and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on contractual, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including review, negotiation, and execution.
• Draft and negotiate various operational agreements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support contracting processes.
• Mitigate risk and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of procurement attorneys.
