Job summary

CyrusOne seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Procurement to provide legal support to the procurement team, drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

You will advise on outsourcing, technology, data privacy, and supplier engagements, while managing external counsel and developing contract templates, training, and risk-management strategies across functions.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of legal experience with emphasis on procurement, vendor contracts, or supply chain management.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial technology-related contracts.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain law, and related compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements and related procurement documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice on supplier engagements, outsourcing, IP, and data privacy.
• Develop procurement policies, templates, and training; align with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to optimize vendor relationships and reduce risk.
• Manage external counsel for selected vendor agreements and disputes.
