Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a highly organized Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement lifecycle from sourcing through PO execution. You will ensure suppliers meet schedules, quality, and contractual obligations, aiding major equipment delivery for data-center projects.

Travel up to 25% and a 3-day hybrid in-office location in Denver, CO are part of the role, with compensation in the $90k–$115k range and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, RFPs and RFQs.
• Administer MSAs, supplier contracts, and commercial terms.
• Generate and maintain purchase orders per procurement policies.
• Monitor PO status and expedite critical materials as needed.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and contract files.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Track supplier commitments, production schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Support supplier performance reporting and KPI tracking.
