Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) represents a leading global professional services organization seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to support enterprise-wide procurement operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage procurement agreements across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with legal, risk, privacy, finance, and procurement teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; legal knowledge preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement contracting.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Experience supporting global procurement or legal functions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms).
• Maintain centralized contract repository, track renewals, deliverables, deadlines, approvals.
• Coordinate internal reviews with Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
• Act as primary contact for vendor negotiations and end-to-end contract execution.
• Support full contract lifecycle with legal, risk, finance, and procurement teams.
• Provide guidance on contract processes, obligations and policy requirements.
• Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk analyses for leadership.
• Contribute to updating templates, clauses, workflows, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
• Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex contract matters.
• Stay informed on regulatory updates affecting procurement practices.
