Qualifications

• Five years procurement and contract experience related to the position.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional-level procurement and contract experience.
• Any combination of experience and education equal to five years of procurement and contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: Review and monitor contracts for compliance with schedule, deliverables and budget.
• Procurement: Interpret and apply federal and state procurement laws and regulations; conduct large complex procurements.
• Research and Analysis: Perform market research and develop requirements with business partners.
• Training: Design and conduct training on eProcurement system and policies.
