This position performs the full professional work for the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) in the procurement of commodity, equipment, solicitations, contract, services and agreement actions exceeding the delegated authority of facilities and headquarters units within MDH. This position will also ensure that the Department's procurement of services is done in accordance with the State Finance and Procurement Article, COMAR Title 21 and various policies and procedures established by the Board of Public Works, Department of Budget and Management and Department of General Services. This position is hybrid telework eligible.
