Qualifications

• Four years of professional contract management experience or professional procurement experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute the required experience.
• Military service may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• One year of experience using the Statewide accounting system applications.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of equipment, services, construction, supplies, IT through competitive and negotiated methods.
• Provide agency procurement interpretation, instruction, guidance and assistance in accordance with state laws.
• Travel throughout Maryland for on-site procurement, training and compliance reviews.
