Job summary

Massport is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to advance strategic procurement processes within its Administration and Finance division. You will lead planning, manage fair solicitations, and coordinate contract administration while collaborating with Legal and other departments to ensure timely execution and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of purchasing experience with ability to analyze RFP responses and perform data analysis.
• Knowledge of e‑procurement, supplier diversity, sustainability, and EV fleet equipment procurement.
• Proficiency with procurement or accounting systems (Oracle Fusion or PeopleSoft) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads procurement planning by assessing needs, defining requirements, and maintaining schedules.
• Manages fair and compliant solicitations with RFP/RFQ materials and vendor evaluation processes.
• Administers contracts by coordinating with Legal and monitoring payments and execution.
• Engages stakeholders and vendors, analyzes data, and drives improvements for transparency and value.
