Job summary

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to elevate procurement and 4PL analytics across the organization. You will design scalable models, set standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver decision-grade insights.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics, data quality, and governance, with exposure to freight, spend, and supplier data, and opportunities to mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in data analytics with 5+ years in procurement, logistics, or 4PL/Control Tower operations.
• Proven ability to build scalable analytical assets and set standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own standards for procurement and sourcing analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable analytical models and data products.
• Identify and operationalize AI and ML tools to improve analytics and reporting.
• Mentor analysts and promote responsible AI usage in client deliverables.
• Develop advanced spend, freight, and supplier analytics supporting sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to integrate models with ERP and data infrastructure.
• Define data quality, model validation, and version control standards.
• Translate data into executive narratives and visuals for client reviews.
• Lead analytics onboarding for new client engagements from data sources to operating model.
• Apply data science to structured and unstructured data analyses.
