ADP is hiring a Director, Procurement Systems.

As Director, Procurement Systems, you will manage the enterprise‑wide deployment and management of world‑class procurement, sourcing, and expense management systems while driving over $1.5B in annual spend through ADP's e‑procurement applications. This role will directly oversee ADP's large‑scale Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) program, manage daily activities of multiple team members, and ensure high quality and end‑to‑end success of the program.
Responsibilities
- Manage the global implementation of procurement applications, upgrades, system training, end‑user support, and system reporting across ADP, focusing on S2P.
- Oversee customization, configuration, and seamless integration of procurement systems with other ADP enterprise systems.
- Provide S2P global direction and management, partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive long‑term planning, strategic vision, technology decisions, and transformational roadmap for S2P.
- Execute the strategy for S2P consolidation, standardization, and automation, and lead the development and optimization of S2P processes.
- Supervise a team that provides project management, analytical, and technical support for purchasing, invoicing, sourcing applications.
- Develop and implement governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across sourcing and procurement operations.
- Manage and mitigate risks related to procurement and sourcing operations and implement disaster‑recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Implement the S2P technology roadmap and ensure the development, implementation, and support of global S2P solutions that drive ongoing value.
- Develop strong working relationships with ADP business units and acquisitions to introduce and migrate them to the standards and practices of Global Procurement.
- Launch projects to improve solution effectiveness and drive results while ensuring SOX IT compliance requirements are met.
- Produce spend and source‑to‑pay reports for executive and front‑line stakeholders; use reporting and analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
- Research and identify appropriate technology for future enhancements and process improvements, including Gen AI.
- Develop and execute new procurement strategies across all purchasing channels.
- Delegate tasks and supervise Procurement Systems team members while ensuring documented standard operating processes and procedures are in place.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people leadership and 3 years of procurement experience.
- SME in best‑practice Source‑to‑Pay processes, including the development of AI use cases.
- Successful experience managing source‑to‑pay systems such as Ariba, including implementation, support, and global deployments.
- 5+ years of experience leading an application support team.
- Demonstrated success managing S2P processes or related procurement, finance, accounting, or strategic planning processes in a complex, global environment.
- Prior procurement experience.
- Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analytics and leveraging data and insights to drive business outcomes.
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Experience administering systems and managing the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent.
Preferred
- Master's degree and/or certifications in procurement, process optimization, technology, data science/analytics, project management, or system administration.
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
