Job summary

Guidehouse in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive discovery, analysis, and design of future operating models across multiple Agile streams. You will mentor staff, lead executive workshops, and ensure BPI standards are applied consistently to complex programs.

The role requires seven years of process analysis, strong BPMN/UML skills, and experience with large transformations in hybrid delivery environments. Travel may be required to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, IT, or policy field plus seven years in business process analysis, transformation, or modernization.
• Minimum five years leading teams or large-scale process improvement engagements.
• Experience developing current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process models for complex organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and target-state design across multiple Agile workstreams.
• Oversee detailed As-Is process maps, workflows, and journey maps, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams to identify enterprise-wide patterns and risks.
• Engage stakeholders through executive briefings and workshops; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support modernization initiatives including data modernization, cloud migration, and operating model changes.
