Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and maintained CBP Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support teams to apply process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation methodologies across financial and operations management.
• Assess process performance in complex environments and evaluate relationships between financial, staffing, support, and operational processes.
• Guide requirements gathering through interviews, surveys, working sessions, and focus groups.
• Coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
• Develop practical implementation plans and cost analyses for senior management briefings.
