This individual will oversee process mapping efforts, mentor junior and mid-level analysts, facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops, and ensure the consistent application of Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodologies, standards, and deliverables. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
