Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Business Process Engineer III to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, integrating automation, IoT, and robotics to drive measurable business value. You will own end-to-end process redesign, establish scalable practices, and develop business cases across multiple functions.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and define KPIs, dashboards, and governance to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in business process engineering or related field.
• Experience evaluating or integrating manufacturing technologies such as automation, IoT, robotics, or AI/machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process redesign across multiple functions, systems, value streams, or business units.
• Define project scope, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and business-value targets.
• Coordinate implementation across Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and other partners.
• Present recommendations, risks, and status to leadership in a clear, decision-oriented manner.
• Mentor BPE I/II team members and raise execution discipline.
